Made-to-Order Products
Nearly everything we sell is made to order — 3D-printed or laser-engraved specifically for you, and often personalized. By placing an order you acknowledge that these items are produced for you individually and, as described in our Refund and Returns Policy, are generally not eligible for return or refund for a change of mind. Please review your selection — including color, size, and any personalization — before completing your order.
Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order and issue a refund if a product is unavailable, mispriced, or we are otherwise unable to fulfill it. We will let you know if that happens.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Payment is processed securely through Square; by paying, you authorize the charge for your order total, including any applicable shipping and tax.
Shipping and Delivery
Because items are made to order, please allow production time in addition to shipping time. Any delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier.
Custom and Personalized Work
For custom or personalized orders, you are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide (spelling, images, files, and specifications). You confirm that you have the right to use any content you send us and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may decline any custom request at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All site content, designs, and product designs are owned by CornerCAD or its licensors and may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer any design or reproduction rights.
## Returns, Refunds, and Privacy
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Our products and site are provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CornerCAD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here; your continued use of the site means you accept them.
